HR Supervisor

Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The HRD Supervisor is tasked with assisting management in promulgating external and internal personnel programs, policies and procedures with the end objective of assuring the efficient administration of human resource. He/She is responsible in assuring that the organization is compliant with all mandates and laws affecting labor. He is also responsible in the promulgation, planning efficient and timely administration of HRD Programs, implementation of policies and procedures and submission of related recommendations. Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Head

Qualifications:
  • College Graduate of Industrial Management Engineering
  • Production Planning & Control Training
  • Product Design & Specification

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision incumbent in this position is responsible for the over-all performance of the Production Planning and Inventory Control Department.

He performs the following functions: coordination with the Marketing Department and scheduling of shipments; checking all information contained in the Job Orders and Route Sheets; monitoring of materials and supplies to assure timely deliveries and arrivals.

He has the task of supervising and training of personnel and the implementation of company rules and regulations. Incumbent in this position has the authority to recommend the hiring and suspension/firing of personnel, salary increases or promotions.


Quality Control Head

Qualifications:
  • College Graduate of and Engineering Course
  • Not less than three years experience as Quality Assurance Head in related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Under limited supervision he is responsible for the over-all performance of the Quality Assurance Department. He performs the following functions: Quality Engineering or the establishment and maintenance of high quality standards for all the products of the company (the standards must be contained in a Quality Assurance Manual); analyzing the quality specifications of new products and processes and the debugging of quality problems; planning of inspections and tests; design inspection and testing equipment; planning the periodic rating of the quality performance of suppliers and sub-contractors; evaluating the quality capability of potential suppliers/sub-contractors; establishing quality certification programs, which places the burden of quality proof on the supplier/sub-contractor; supervision and training of personnel; implementation of company rules and regulations; recommends the hiring and suspension/firing of personnel, salary increases or promotions.
